Q: Why the 32GB USB stick I bought only shows 29GB?

A: It say 32GB as it mean 32 trillion byte. It have to divide this by 1024(which is a true kilobyte), then again to get megabytes, and again to get gigabytes. It then works out at 29.44GB as far as technology is concerned. But it is 32GB as far as for sell is concerned.

16GB: Available capacity is about 14-15GB

32GB: Available capacity is about 29-30GB

If the USB flash drive you purchased shows very little capacity, the capacity may be hidden.

Q: Why can’t I transfer 6GB files?

A: The default format of the USB stick is FAT32 which can not support transfer files larger than 4GB. Please format it in exFAT or NTFS if transfer files larger than 4GB.

Q: Why the USB stick can not be recognized by my car?

A: This may be caused by incompatibility between the format of the USB flash drive and the format supported by the devices. You can check the format supported by the devices through the manual, and then format the USB Stick.

Please kindly note that you need to back up your data first before format, as it may be lost after formatting.
